If you have not sent me the link to the virtual fair taking place on Tuesday, October 19th from 3-5pm please send it to me today. There have been a few changes since my last email. Please see them below.
Commack's fair continues to take place on Thursday October 21 from 8:15am - 9:55am but will be held OUTDOORS. The fair will be on the grass outside of the cafeteria. Please park in the Townline Road entrance parking lot -- parking spots will be reserved for you! You will not need to enter the building! If the forecast shows rain, we will go back to the original plan where the fair will take place in the NORTH GYM. In that event parking will be either in the front of the building and enter through the main entrance OR park and enter by the cafeteria on Townline Road. The major change will be that everyone will have to walk through the building to the North Gym.
Northport has moved their fair to virtual and will be included with Huntington, Half Hollow Hills East, Half Hollow Hills West and John Glenn on Tuesday, October 19th from 3-5pm.
Please see the new Rotation Calendar attached indicating these changes. Since Northport is now virtual we have adjusted Wednesday to include Hauppauge and Commack will be the only school on Thursday. Please refer to the Rotation Calendar below to avoid confusion.
